COMPREHENSIVE CONCIERGE SERVICES  - In order to make your Dream Trip of a Lifetime become a reality, Dream Mickey Travel offers a variety of White Glove Concierge Services along with our attention to detail in your planning, booking and itineraries.

For Specialized Travel Domestic or International these services include, but are not limited to:

  • Information & Research on budget; best travel dates; hotel amenities; admission tickets to tours, theater, concerts & sports; dining; ground & air transportation. We are there to make your life easier and advise what can be best achieved for your Dream Trip.

  • Taking payments and assisting in reservations and modifications as you plan.

  • Alerting when deadlines are approaching (Deposit Due Date, Final Payment Due Date, etc.).

  • Alerting you of promotions before they are released to general public & applying promotions to already booked reservations (when applicable).

  • Wait List Alerts on Specialty Events or Shows, where available. We monitor the options and text you the moment we learn of an option that may work in your world.

  • Booking ground transfers one-way or round trip from your home to airport.

  • Booking both arrival & departure ground transfers upon arrival at your destination.

  • Providing Ground Transportation ideas and options best suited for your daily needs. Working those into the personalized itineraries.

  • Consulting & pre-arranging detailed tours and excursions, special events & admission tickets, where/when available.

  • Arranging floral, champagne, chocolates or special delivery hamper for in-room delivery. Prices vary & available up request.

  • Private event planning upon request. Contact us for further details.

  • Personalized daily itineraries to guide you to visit the attractions with order to reduce your wait time. Our top priority is to help you avoid long lines and have a Dream Trip of a Lifetime!

WORLDWIDE CONCIERGE SERVICES - FEE SCHEDULE

  • $ 100.00 - Plan-To-Go Fees

    All Plan-To-Go Fees will be billed upon agreement, indicated by submission of this consent form, and via PayPal billing; and may be refunded only after completion of travel*.

    *Plan-To-Go Fees are not refundable when stand alone non-commissionable products are sold outside of any package of suppliers, at the discretion of the Agency, and reflect the payment of services rendered by Agent or Agency.

    (This fee is implemented in order to provide payment for, or as a deposit only when Travel Agent research exceeds 10 hours of initial quote requests for any one client; or over four locations; or three suppliers; or more than three cities, flight changes or itineraries; and up to 20 hours of service. At 20 hours, billable rate will then be applied at $200.00; and after 20 hours, client to be billed the hourly rate of $50.00 per hour, via tenths of hour (1/10) increments. Detailed Billing to follow and is due upon receipt via PayPal billing).

  • $ 50.00 - Hourly Rate of Personalized Concierge Service

  • $   50.00  - Booking Two (2) Signature Dining Reservations -  (For up to 6 Guests)

  • $ 700.00 - Base Rate for Personalized Concierge Service Including a Detailed Itinerary for up to 1 Week of Travel (For up to 10 hours planning). After 10 hours, client to be billed an hourly rate of $ 50.00 per hour billed via tenths of hour (1/10) increments. Detailed Billing to follow initial departure and is due upon receipt via PayPal billing.

    **Base Rate is due prior to any bookings made on behalf of client & necessary for delivery of itineraries for planning sessions. Includes up to Two (2) revised itineraries.

  • $ 100.00  - Comprehensive Concierge Services Per Day of Travel - (For up to 6 Guests) Additional Guests added at $25.00 per Guest

  • $ 1,000.00 - Starting Rate for Grand Comprehensive Concierge Services (For 5 Rooms or More)

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All planning done on behalf of guest(s) is subjective due to the Agent’s expertise level and based upon availability at time of booking and is subject to change at any time.  Dream Mickey Travel is not responsible for cancellations of Excursions, Dining Reservations, Tours, Shows, Concerts or Sporting events by venues or third party vendors (accidental or otherwise); and accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or ground travel,  other services, sickness, weather, epidemics, quarantine, strikes, Acts of God, or other causes.

Service Fee Deposit Amounts are due upon receipt of invoice and prior to any planning or booking may commence. Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. Final Event Billing will be invoiced a la carte. Hourly Billing will be calculated on tenths of the hour, per hourly rate for balance due by end of Tour/Dream Trip.
